I. PROGRAMS INTRODUCTION
Exploring The Strivers 2022, there are two acceleration development roadmap for you to join & build up your career with us!
A. Management Trainee Program
This development program is for young talents who want to accelerate their career roadmap to manager position, gaining horizontal business acumens & develop functional techniques in 30 months. You will be given chances to draw your own career roadmap & choose your most suitable function to land in after entering Prudential.
The program includes 2 main stages:
• STAGE 1: 18 months – Build up plan & take rotation in 3-4 departments across the organization
- Build Leadership Capability & Universal skills
- Gain Business Acumen
• STAGE 2: 12 months – Perform in Home function
- Develop functional expertise
- Strengthen people management & leadership competency
B. Functional Trainee Program (Designated track for 2 functions: Bancassurance and Data Analytics)
This program is dedicated for young talents who want to accelerate their career roadmap to manager position in specialized technical functions in designated time frame (24 to 30 months), subjected to different functions.
The program includes 2 main stages:
• STAGE 1: 12 - 18 months – Take rotations in different functional departments
- Gain business & functional-wide understanding
- Learn knowledge & develop technical skills
• STAGE 2: 12 months - Perform at Home function
- Sharpen technical capabilities
- Build up people management competency

B. Functional Trainee Track
